The distribution is carried out in vehicles equipped with refrigerating equipment and thermoregistrators, to evaluate the conditions of the product when it is delivered.
These procedures are organized through the implementation and monitoring of BPM (Good Manufacturing Practices), SOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) and systems for continuous improvement and total productive maintenance.
In this way, the various pork product lines are marketed from four main channels:
• Large supermarket and hypermarket chains.
• Large and medium wholesale distributors.
• Large retailers and restaurant chains.
